As senior vice president of human resources, Tina Oliveira oversees PRIDE’s employee and labor relations functions, benefits/compensation administration, employee communications, recruiting, training and development, and rehabilitation for the company’s federal and commercial contracts.
Before coming to PRIDE in 1992, Oliveira worked at IBM as part of the company’s human resources team. Before that, she was employed for seven years as human resources manager for Food 4 Less grocery stores, specializing in labor relations.
Oliveira is a current member of the Human Resources Executive Roundtable of Sacramento and the Sacramento Area Human Resources Association. She is also past president of the Personnel Management Council of Stanislaus County. Oliveira holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing and human resource management from California State University, Stanislaus, and an SPHR certification.
