Growth-Focused Mindset
Daniel has 20 years of experience in multiple finance functions, including financial planning and analysis, M&A, controllership, reporting, strategic planning, and pricing. At PRIDE Industries, he is responsible for managing all aspects of financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for all lines of business, as well as pricing for new and renewing contracts. He also manages and develops PRIDE Industries’ data analytics reporting and related platforms.
Daniel’s growth-focused mindset is backed by an extensive background in multiple industries, including technology, automotive, industrial, life sciences, and real estate. A strategic thinker, he leverages data to strengthen decision-making processes and focus on execution and outcomes, enabling his department to deliver on commitments and exceed customer expectations.
Prior to joining PRIDE Industries, Daniel served as Divisional Finance Director for Latin America at JLL, a global real estate firm. Benefiting from a career that has spanned more than twenty different countries, he takes a broad, multicultural approach to business.
Daniel holds a B.S. degree in Business and an M.B.A. in Finance, Controllership, and Auditing. He is also a Certified Six Sigma Green Belt. A native of Brazil and current Houston resident, Daniel is an avid Formula 1 racing fan, a dedicated fitness enthusiast, and a frequent world traveler.
