ONBOARDING FOR NEW TEAM MEMBERS
New Employee Orientation (NEO)
Acclimates new employees to PRIDE Industries’ mission, culture, work environments, and expectations. New employees will learn the company’s history, vision, values, lines of business, employee resources and benefits, HR policies, safety guidelines, and more.
Respectful Work Environment
Learn how to build and maintain a respectful work environment by recognizing the benefits of diversity and inclusion, personal and professional boundaries, and effective communication skills.
Inclusion Success Program
This is a series of four courses intended to increase understanding, awareness, inclusion, and support of employees with disabilities. Leaders will focus on their roles, responsibilities, and opportunities to support employees with disabilities.
Safety Training for Working Alone
A course that increases personal safety awareness for employees that most often work alone. Employees will learn personal and workplace safety procedures as well as how to respond to safety concerns and emergencies in the workplace.
Remote Employee Training
This course teaches participants to recognize, understand, and build strategies to mitigate burnout while working remotely. You will learn to apply tips and harvest resources to support your well-being.
Managing Remote Employees
This course teaches participants how to shift from managing through observation to managing remotely. Managers will learn to balance productivity while maintaining their teams' sustainable well-being.
LEADERSHIP TRAINING
Leadership Fundamentals
Introduces employees in leadership support positions to the fundamentals of leadership, including communication, conflict and crisis management concepts, training, and coaching best practices, along with safety processes and procedures associated with their roles and responsibilities.
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI)
This program strives to cultivate an inclusive work environment where employees feel heard, have a sense of belonging, are engaged, and are empowered to reach their full potential. Provides an engaging learning experience that supports our mission and our diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) strategy and goals.
Supervisor Certification Program (SCP)
This program helps supervisors understand their new roles and responsibilities or be refreshed in their existing knowledge and skills. Learn about leadership, communication, True Colors personality assessment and conflict navigation, corrective discipline, interviewing, and Microsoft Office Basics.
New Manager Orientation (NMO)
This program gives new managers a deeper understanding of our culture, processes, expectations, and a first-hand experience of our mission through a site tour and interactive disability awareness exercises. Learn team-building tactics, communication and discipline techniques, HR policies, and safety guidelines.
Next Generation Leadership Program
NextGEN helps future leaders evolve to the next level of supporting our mission to create employment for people with disabilities. Individuals will learn cutting-edge leadership techniques, receive hands-on experience in leadership, and increase their knowledge of industry best practices.
Hogan Assessment
Personality-based tests that examine your thinking skills and evaluate your personality traits. Both help predict your potential performance based on your strengths, weaknesses, values, problem-solving skills, working style, and attitudes.
Crisis Communication
This course equips leaders with the skills needed for crisis communication principles to aid in the de-escalation of difficult or dangerous behavior. Participants will view and assess a demonstration of escalated behavior to understand triggers and learn safe methods of intervention.
Emotional Intelligence 2.0
Emotional intelligence (otherwise known as emotional quotient or EQ) is the ability to understand, use, and manage your own emotions in positive ways to relieve stress, communicate effectively, empathize with others, overcome challenges, and defuse conflict.
Management Essentials
Facilitates discussion and development of essential performance management skills. Supervisors learn essential skills and practice four core conversations that support performance planning, day-to-day coaching, reviewing, and evaluating performance outcomes.
Compliance Training
Provides leaders with a clear understanding of their responsibilities to uphold relevant laws, regulations, and internal processes, including interviewing, hiring, salary administration, wage policies, timekeeping, procurement, safety, quality, diversity, and HR policy training.

The Mentoring Academy
A creative and innovative mentoring program for employees – designed to develop staff to reach their full potential, create a culture of interconnectedness, and advance the company's mission to create employment for people with disabilities.
Crucial Conversations
Crucial Conversations teaches skills for creating alignment and agreement by fostering open dialogue around high-stakes, emotional, or risky topics—at all levels of an organization
True Colors
This team-building workshop will teach participants how to recognize and respect different personalities using a color-coded concept. Participants will learn how to effectively interact and communicate with others in both personal and professional relationships and settings.
Conflict Navigation
This team-building workshop teaches participants how to understand the causes, characteristics, and cures for conflict. Participants will learn the fundamentals of conflict navigation and negotiation, equipping them to apply key concepts toward resolving conflict in daily life.
Suicide Prevention Training
QPR (Question, Persuade, and Refer) Gatekeeper Training for Suicide Prevention is a 1- to 2-hour educational program designed to teach "gatekeepers" the warning signs of a suicide crisis and how to respond.
