Uniquely Qualified
Darelyn is a California native and has worked with PRIDE Industries for 27 years. Prior to joining PRIDE Industries, Darelyn worked as a counselor with injured workers seeking employment in new career fields. She also spent her early career in the semiconductor industry in Silicon Valley. Since joining PRIDE Industries, she has held several leadership positions in both Operations and Workforce Inclusion.
Darelyn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration degree. She is a graduate of the Air Force Civilian Leadership training program and the Cornell University Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion certificate program, among other post-graduate leadership certificate programs.
A Lifetime of Service
Darelyn’s dedication to her community is evident through her past roles as Chairperson of the Fairfield Chamber of Commerce, Chair of Travis Regional Armed Forces Committee executive, and her current role as executive board member of Vacaville Christian School. She also volunteers with the American Cancer Society; Boy Scouts of America; and her church community.
Her advocacy for people with disabilities was recognized by Congressperson John Garamendi, who named her Woman of the Year in 2022.
Darelyn’s love for the outdoors and her continued education are ways she spends her leisure time. Darelyn’s love for gardening, backpacking, and water sports adds even more depth to her life. She and her husband have a great time exploring the outdoors together and spending time with family, especially their three adult children.
