PRIDE Industries (PRIDE) recently announced the promotion of Jeff Dern to President. PRIDE Industries is a nonprofit social enterprise serving the needs of businesses and government agencies nationwide while creating meaningful jobs for people with disabilities.
As PRIDE’s President, Dern will assume responsibilities for PRIDE’s Finance, HR, Operations, IT, and Rehabilitation departments. Michael Ziegler will continue his 30+ year tenure as Chief Executive Officer, guiding the organization’s growth.

Dern is a respected community and business leader with more than 19 years of domestic and international experience in corporate finance and accounting, compliance, regulatory reporting, board relations, and strategic planning. Dern joined PRIDE in 2008 as Controller. In 2014, he was promoted to VP of Finance, and in 2016, he was promoted to Chief Financial Officer. Dern currently serves as the past Board Chair at the Lighthouse Counseling and Family Resource Center, served on the Board of the Roseville Chamber of Commerce and currently coaches youth athletes for Lincoln Little League.
