All PRIDE Industries interns are paid minimum wage or better for 90 days. During the 90 days, PRIDE Industries job coaches will work with your team and the intern to support the intern’s success. After 90 days, it’s your decision to make a permanent hire or not. Regardless of your decision, a person with a disability will have gained valuable work experience to take to their next engagement.
